ITBC Membership – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern membership in the International Trade Business Chamber (ITBC). By applying for or maintaining membership, you agree to abide by these Terms and any related policies, rules, or regulations set forth by the Organization.

2. Membership Eligibility

• Membership is open to individuals or entities engaged in business, entrepreneurship, or related professional fields.

• Applicants must submit a completed membership form and pay the applicable membership fee and it accommodate an individual only

• The Organization reserves the right to approve or reject any application without providing reasons.

. Termination of Membership

Membership may be terminated if:

• Fees remain unpaid after due notice.

• The member violates the Code of Conduct or these Terms.

• The member voluntarily resigns by written notice.
  The Organization may retain records of membership for administrative purposes.

The Organization is not responsible for:

• Any business losses, damages, or disputes arising from interactions among members.

• Third-party events, services, or products promoted within the Conclave.

• The Organization may collect and use member information for administrative and promotional purposes.

3. Membership Categories

Membership may include (but is not limited to):

• Individual Membership – For entrepreneurs and professionals.

PLATINUM Membership and Affiliate Membership

Each category may have different rights, privileges, and fees as specified by the Organization.

4. Membership Fees and Renewals

• Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Renewal fees must be paid annually (or as defined in the membership plan).

• Failure to pay renewal fees within the stipulated time may result in suspension or termination of membership.

5. Member Benefits

Members may enjoy benefits such as:

• Access to Business Conclave events, and networking sessions.

• Eligibility for participation in business delegations or special programs.

• Receipt of newsletters, publications, and updates.

• Opportunities for collaboration, visibility, and business growth.

Benefits are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Member Obligations

Members agree to:

• Uphold the values and reputation of the Business and Conclave conducted by ITBC

• Comply with all event and community rules.

• Maintain confidentiality of any privileged information shared within the ITBC

• Avoid conduct that may harm the Organization or other members.

 

7. Code of Conduct

Members must:

• Demonstrate professionalism and respect toward others.

• Refrain from discrimination, harassment, or unethical business practices.

• Use the Conclave's name, Business Meet, Delegation Programs and resources only for approved purposes.

Violations may lead to disciplinary action, including termination of membership.

  Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

  

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction in Cochin, kerala, India

Business Conclave – Non-Member Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all non-members participating in or attending the Business Conclave organized by International Trade Business Chamber (ITBC)
By registering for or entering the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms and all policies communicated by the Organizer.

2. Registration and Entry

• Entry for non-members is subject to prior registration and payment of applicable fees.

• Registration will be granted only upon presentation of a valid entry pass or confirmation issued by the Organizer.

• The Organizer reserves the right to deny or revoke entry without providing a reason.

3. Access and Participation

• Non-members may attend sessions, conclave, or networking events as specified in the non-member access package.

• Certain sessions, lounges, or meetings , engaging with Diplomats and other dignities of various country may be restricted to members or invite-only participants.

• Unauthorized access to restricted zones is strictly prohibited.

  • Admission will be granted only upon presentation of a valid entry pass or confirmation issued by the Organizer.

• Certain sessions, lounges, or meetings may be restricted to members or invite-only participants.

• Unauthorized access to restricted zones is strictly prohibited.

5. Recording, Photography, and Media

• Photography or recording by attendees may be limited to designated areas.

• By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by the Organizer for promotional, educational, or archival purposes.

• All event-related content and materials remain the intellectual property of the Organizer or its partners.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Attendance at the Event is at your own risk.

• The Organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of property during the Event.

• The Organizer is not liable for any business outcomes, agreements, or disputes arising between

• attendees.

7. Refunds, Cancellation, and Changes

• Non-member fees are generally non-refundable unless the Event is cancelled by the Organizer.

• The Organizer reserves the right to alter the schedule, speakers, or venue without prior notice.

• In case of cancellation, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the Organizer's refund policy

  • Personal data collected during registration will be used for event administration and communication purposes.

  • By registering, you consent to receive updates related to the Event and future initiatives from the Organizer in line with applicable data protection laws.

  • Attendees must adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols enforced by the Organizer or venue.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone posing a potential health or safety risk.

10. Governing Law
